Gary has been training retrievers and pointers
throughout his life. He became a professional three years ago
while working with another pro in the area. He believes that
training retrievers is an art, not a science, and that their are no two
retrievers or trainers alike. His passion is to become a top full-time
pro-trainer and breeder.
Gary has attended several seminars by very knowledgeable professionals and has assisted/hosted with several as well. Dan Heard and Fred Brown of Downtown Retrievers have been a vital role in advancing Gary's knowledge and current training techniques. Many thanks go out to the both of them for their constant friendship and mentoring. Our personal guarantee is that each dog will receive the individual attention they deserve. Our retriever training program will be the same for all our client's dogs whether they will be a hunting or AKC hunt test, HRC hunt test, or field trail dog. We strive to mold confident, bold retrievers in each of these areas.
